IC3 Mini-Comic Of The Year Competition FINALISTS!

I’m thrilled to share this announcement! From the moment I envisioned hosting a show, I knew I wanted an awards component to celebrate creators. Having spent years in the industry, I’ve seen many comic awards, and I understand how subjective judging artwork can be. My goal is to create a competition that truly highlights a creator’s talent and ability. The IC3 Mini-Comic of the Year Competition isn’t just an award—it’s a celebration of art.
Let me know which comic is our favorite in the comment section below. The winner will be announced Friday, March 14th, during our Drink and Draw event at the Courtyard New Haven at Yale.
Qualifications To Enter The IC3 Mini-Comic of the Year Competition:
Creators must be tabling at IC3 2025.
Submissions are due by January 1, 2025.
The mini-comic can only be one page.
The size is 8.5" x 11"
Your comic must be in black and white (no color).
One submission per creative team.
The theme is space.
